Homemade Figs Wine or Cider
Today I propose again, but it will be the last time, homemade fig wine. More than a wine, I got a Fig kombucha ๐, good, nice and sparkling, but always slightly acidic, certainly by adding sugar during fermentation and thus increasing the alcohol content it would have remained more similar to a wine.
For this recipe I used:
Figs 5 kg
Lemons 2
Water 1.5 litres
