We had an amazing day exploring Jezzine, a gorgeous village in the mountains of Lebanon. They are home to the largest pine forest in the Middle East. The Karam family hosted us for amazing food and wine at their Karam Winery.

The food and wine was delicious, and my favorite dish was the Musakhan – a Palestinian dish of bread soaked in olive oil with chicken and huge amounts of sumac.
