Kilju that Tastes Like Hendrick’s Gin? Homebrew Sugar Wine Flavored like Gin! Derica is a huge fan of Hendrick’s Gin, and we set out to replicate the flavors in this gin using a Kilju, which is just a sugar wine. Yes, we know kilju should just be sugar wine, but hey, what else would you call it? It’s actually pretty simple, and took less than two months to be drinkable. So, if you like gin, and want to try your hand at a homebrew version without distilling, here you go!
